Returns:

Returns must be authorized by sending an email to sales@sum-tek.com. If client just changed mind they will pay return shipping.  

SUM Technolgies, LLC will pay return shipping on warrantee work.

Your information we be kept confidential. It will not be sold or given away for any purpose. It will only be used to authorize credit card purchases and ship your merchandise.

Because we use a 3rd party credit card processor and all communications are encrypted, we do not see, nor can we obtain, your credit card number.

If required by law, the minimum required information will be provided to authorized law enforcement agencies.
